Delivery Policy
Hours: Lavender Lane Florals offers standard delivery Monday through Saturday, from 9 AM to 6 PM. For special occasions, such as weddings and events, we are happy to accommodate deliveries outside of these hours with prior arrangement to ensure your flowers arrive when you need them most.​

Same-Day Delivery: ​Same-day delivery is available for orders placed before 1:00pm CST, subject to availability. For orders placed after this time, delivery will occur the next business day.

Recipient Availability:
If the recipient is unavailable, we will:

Attempt to leave the arrangement in a safe location.

Leave a delivery notice if the flowers cannot be safely left.

In the event of re-delivery, additional fees may apply.

Weather Conditions: Extreme weather conditions may affect delivery schedules. We will notify you promptly in such cases and reschedule as needed to ensure the freshness and quality of your flowers.
